What Will I Pay?
Retailer courier fees
The delivery fee charged by the retailer or its courier to deliver your purchases to our designated receiving point in South Cyprus.
South2North service fee
Our fee for coordinating your order, handling delivery to Northern Cyprus, customs-related handling and administration, and customer support.
Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
Please check your quote before paying. You can cancel your application online while it is Pending Review or Awaiting Payment. After payment, cancellation is only possible by contacting us within 24 hours.
Once the retailer has processed your order, cancellations are unavailable. Returns depend on the retailer’s policy and are not guaranteed.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours. We’ll review your case and explain the next steps.
